PRESIDENT-ELECT DONALD J. TRUMP

Posted November 11, 2016

Are you concerned about the election of Donald Trump?  Do you lack documents, or are you currently on a visa, maybe expired, hoping to apply for a green card or citizenship, and have concerns about what will happen under a Trump Administration?

Are you a DACA recipient afraid your legal status will disappear?

Will they REALLY build a WALL between the United Sates and Mexico??

No.

There is reason for concern, but not panic.  Talk to me.  I know how the U.S. immigration works, and I know how it works well.  I will tell you what I know, provide to you solid and practical advice.  I will not pressure you to hire me for work that will not accomplish anything. If there is direct action we can take, I help you understand the process and offer reasonable legal fees that are directly related to the amount of work involved.  With this lawyer, friends, you get what you pay for, and I get paid to do it.

U.S. immigration laws will not change before Mr. Trump’s inauguration on January 20.

After that day, however, or shortly thereafter, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) may be rescinded. If you have DACA status and employment authorization, how do you plan for that?

In many cases, legal advice will be less important than practical advice as to what to do.

I offer one hour consultations for $125 at an office near Highway 65.  I will tell you what I know and what to expect.  We can separate facts from rumors.

I offer the full range of marriage and citizenship services, and employment and investor visas.  I know the San Francisco immigration courts.

Contact me for a consultation. You will be glad you did.  And – generally speaking – don’t worry.  More than likely, a Republican Congress will temper any radical proposals to change the core U.S. immigration system.  The United States of America is a better country than that.
